Chickadee Award Challenge

There are 10 nominees for the Chickadee Award for 2020 – 2021. Between now and May 28th, we challenge you to read all 10 of the nominees! Take a look at the nominees and learn more about the award at the Chickadee Award website. While this Beanstack challenge is designed for students in K – 4th grade, anyone may participate in the Beanstack activities.

Please note this Beanstack challenge is unofficial in nature and is not connected to the official Chickadee website, nor the voting process for the award.

One lucky participant of this Beanstack challenge will win a copy of the book that wins the Chickadee Award, provided by the York Public Library. To be eligible for a prize, participants must pick up their prize in person at the library.

The Chickadee Award is a readers’ choice award for students in Kindergarten through 4th grade. For voting eligibility please visit the official Chickadee Award website for more information.
