Global Newsstream: Search the most recent global news content in over 2,800 news sources including newspapers, newswires, news journals, transcripts, video, and digital-first content in full-text format. The archives stretch back into the 1980s.
Gale Newsstand: A full-text newspaper resource searchable by title, headline, date, author, newspaper section, or other fields. Access to more than 2,300 major U.S. regional, national, and local newspapers, as well as leading titles from around the world. It also includes thousands of images, radio and TV broadcasts and transcripts.
Proquest Newspapers: US Newsstream enables users to search the most recent premium U.S. news content from local and regional newspapers as well as archives stretching back into the 1980s. The site also includes content from newswires, blogs, and news sites in active full-text format.
Popular Magazines (Gale): Access to the most searched magazines across the OneFile products. The titles selected are based on actual publication searches performed by library patrons and the database includes many titles recommended by Bowker’s “Magazines for Libraries.”
Digitized Historical Maine Newspapers:The historical newspapers portal on the Digital Maine Repository provides links to hundreds of thousands of digitized newspaper issues from Maine’s past.
