Clubhouse Night January 31 | Family Fun Day February 1, 2025

It’s mid-winter… in Maine. The days are short, cold, and dark. What better way to pick spirits up than 18 holes of INDOOR MINIATURE GOLF? And we already have the little pencils! York Public Library is pleased to present our second annual mini-golf weekend Friday, January 31 – Saturday, February 1, 2025 with events for all ages!

FRIDAY, JANUARY 31, 2025

Clubhouse Night & Tournament

Gather your friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors for a night out unlike any other! Clubhouse Night is a ticketed fundraiser for ages 21 and older featuring an indoor, 18-hole course. Play in the Tournament (5:30) or Open Play (7:00). When you’re not playing mini-golf, admire the course, check out our amazing raffles, or hang out at The 19th Hole – the Community Room – for delicious light fare and beverages. Ticket price includes food and 2 drink tickets (wine or beer).

TWO WAYS TO PLAY:

5:30 PM Tournament If you enjoy some friendly competition, rally a team of four and compete for the Tournament Trophy. Check in begins at 5:00 PM. Trophy Presentation at the 19th Hole to follow!

7:00 PM Open Play (After Tournament) You’ll still tally your score, but your bragging rights will be limited to within your own small group! Come early to enjoy food and drink!

Registration for these events is offered for teams of four – but you may also register as a trio, a pair, or as a single, and we will group you together into teams. Both events are shotgun start. Tickets are $50 per person ($75 at the door) and two drink tickets are included. Doors open for both “Clubhouse Night” events at 5:00 PM.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2025

Free FAMILY FUN Day!

Did you know Saturday, February 1 is National Take your Child to the Library Day? This day is about exploring all that your library has to offer. Today, that includes MINI-GOLF! All ages are invited to participate, free of charge.

Play a round of 9 holes of mini-golf either upstairs in the adult area, or downstairs in the youth area. Groups are limited to 6 people. If you want to play both courses, please register for both, or check in after your first round and we’ll try to accommodate you!

TWO WAYS TO PLAY:

Family Fun Time | 10 am – 2 pm
Reservations are recommended so you don’t have to wait too long, but we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins, too.

Sensory-Friendly Free Play | 2 – 4 pm
If your family would best succeed with a smaller crowd and a slower pace, please join us for our Sensory- Friendly time. Reservations are required for our Sensory-Friendly hours to keep numbers low.

Decorate a golf hole! ⛳

Does your community group or nonprofit seek visibility within the communtity – and have a creative itch that must be scratched? Decorate (provide the obstacles for) one of our 18 golf holes! Please contact Jane Siviski Hoffman at jshoffman@yorkpubliclibrary.org for more information.

If you have already been approved to decorate a hole, please click the button above for instructions and specifications. Priority for hole decorating / obstacle creation goes to community groups, nonprofits, and town agencies.
