The York Public Library Association’s First Annual Auction

York Public Library is pleased to host our First Annual Online Auction June 17-25. Bid on gorgeous artwork, intricate creations by local craftspeople, York River cruises, a group kayaking excursion and tour, local dining, weekend getaways, and so much more, all to support programming at York Public Library.
The Library is both a literal and figurative community center for York’s 13,000 residents and estimated 30,000 annual visitors, located in the heart of York Village. The Library provides access to materials, services and collections dedicated to people of all ages, income levels, ethnicities, and abilities. We offer a wealth of ongoing educational, recreational, and cultural programs – all geared to enrich, entice, and inspire – and all free and open to the public.
While a substantial portion of the Library’s budget comes from the Town and York taxpayers, nearly 40% of our funding comes from the York Public Library Association, the nonprofit entity that owns the Library and protects its future. Your bid will help to build and sustain the YPL programs you love.
